Not only do we make the tastiest burgers in town by using only the freshest organic ingredients in our gourmet hamburgers, but we also build our amazing beef, turkey, chicken , Ahi tuna, lamb and mushroom-pecan veggie burgers hearty enough to satisfy even the most hard core burger lover’s appetite. It’s not only the name Ketchup that has people talking about our latest hamburger heaven located in trendy Uptown, but is also the fact that our new eatery at the corner of Cole and Hall breaks all of the rules while we serve up the most incredible burgers, fries, salads, shakes and sinfully decadent desserts in town. The Ketchup Burger Bar has transformed the typical hamburger into a healthier version of America’s favorite meal. Our baked daily lightly toasted brioche, challa and molasses wheat buns absorb just enough of each burger’s succulent juices to give it plenty of flavor without leaving it soggy. We have even managed to dignify the world’s most common condiment by expertly blending it into a must try topper with our house, chipotle, green tomato and spicy specialty ketchups to accompany orders of one-of-a- kind white truffle parmesan, spicy buffalo, zucchini, sweet potato or garlic chive French fries. Although in stiff competition with our awesome crème brulee or chocolate mint shakes, for a meager 4 bucks a pop we offer sweet after treats such as lemon ice box pie, warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and almond-toffee cheesecake with butterscotch sauce. However the clear winner for a sugar fix is definitely a slice of our ultimate Mississippi mud pie made from a recipe supplied by owner and chef Jim Perry’s own mama. Although perfection is all too subjective, this shouldn’t be missed rendition of the M.M.P. with coffee mocha ice cream indecently dripping with gooey chocolate gently down its side is so good it’s almost addictive. The Ketchup Burger Bar also boasts a full bar complete with draft and bottled beer ranging from 3-6 dollars, wine by the glass and an incredible chef’s selection sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated palate.
